In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on the qqnuaa Platform, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and legal entities may not register as members.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is strictly enforced and applies universally, without exception.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access the Platform from your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, either imposed by qqnuaa or by any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, consultant, director, or immediate family member of an employee of qqnuaa or any of its licensed third-party game providers.

qqnuaa reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm eligibility, and to suspend access pending verification without prior notice.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one Account on the qqnuaa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials. qqnuaa will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Notify qqnuaa immediately at [email protected] if You suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Update your personal information promptly if any registered details change.

qqnuaa reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 above.

KYC Verification: Full withdrawal functionality is only enabled upon successful completion of the KYC process. Members must submit a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (e.g., KTP, SIM, or Passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours during normal business operations.

All financial transactions on the qqnuaa Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) or via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. qqnuaa is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to fully verified (KYC-complete) members only.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply per your VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for amounts within tier limits. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional manual review within 24 hours.
• qqnuaa does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

qqnuaa complies with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions, delay or suspend withdrawals pending AML review, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with our licensing obligations.

qqnuaa offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to members who have completed KYC verification, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• qqnuaa reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already accepted and partially wagered.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, and per device/IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports pre-match bets contribute 100%; live bets contribute 80%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%. Togel (numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%.
• Bets placed at odds lower than 1.50 (decimal) on sports markets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Activity

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating bets with other members to generate artificial wagering volume ("bonus washing").
• Placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms to hedge bonus wagering risk with minimal financial exposure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to place bets for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements.

The following rules govern all bets and wagers placed on the qqnuaa Platform across all product verticals:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the pre-match and in-play odds displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is confirmed. Quoted odds are not guaranteed until the bet slip is fully confirmed by the system.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. A void selection reduces the leg count; if all remaining legs win, the bet is settled as a reduced accumulator.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are governed by the applicable Asian Handicap rules as published in our Sports Betting Rules appendix.
• qqnuaa reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed failure) and to refund the stake in full.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per member per day apply. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface and vary by sport and market type.

6.2 Live Casino

• Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the individual game as explained within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome stands as recorded by the game server. qqnuaa is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the member's side.
• Game results generated by certified RNG software are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness.

6.3 Togel

• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted on a fixed schedule published in the Platform's togel lobby. Draw results are final once published.
• Togel bets may not be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system.
• Payouts for togel wins are calculated at the fixed odds displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to the maximum payout limits applicable to your account tier.

6.4 Sabung Ayam

• Bets on sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) live streams follow the Meron/Wala market convention. Meron denotes the designated favorite; Wala denotes the designated underdog.
• A "draw" or "cancelled fight" result will see all stakes refunded in full.
• Live streaming quality is subject to the venue's broadcasting infrastructure. qqnuaa does not guarantee uninterrupted stream availability and will not void bets on the basis of stream interruption alone.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqnuaa Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or subsequent account management interactions.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where you are personally prohibited from gambling by a court order or self-exclusion agreement.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any element of the Platform's software, data feeds, or proprietary odds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqnuaa staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the qqnuaa Platform — including but not limited to the qqnuaa brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game content, odds data, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of qqnuaa or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content in any format or medium.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the qqnuaa name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any page of the Platform without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of qqnuaa's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

qqnuaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between You and qqnuaa.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and customer support.

qqnuaa is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. The following responsible gaming obligations and tools apply to all members:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on underage access.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers and Reality Checks: Members may configure automatic session duration alerts to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary break (24 hours to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications remind members of their session length and net win/loss position at configurable intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqnuaa's total aggregate liability to any member — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qqnuaa shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunities or goodwill.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from third-party technical failures, including banking system outages, e-wallet platform downtime, or internet service provider failures.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or civil unrest.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes qqnuaa's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

qqnuaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change.
• Send an email notification to all registered members at the email address on file, where the change materially affects member rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqnuaa holds its international gaming license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact qqnuaa's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for good-faith resolution of the matter.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings or class-wide arbitration against qqnuaa.
